Whether you need a new key cut, or your current key programmed, our Mobile Service technicians are here to provide the most convenient service possible.
Key cutting and programming is a service that is available for customers with any make or model vehicle, and does not have to be a Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram specifically.
Mobile key cutting and programming is able to be performed off-site, at your place of business or at your home (as long as you’re within 25 miles of the dealership).
We stock hundreds of types of keys, so we might have what you need in stock!

Ordering a key through our mobile service is as easy as scheduling any other service at our dealership. Feel free to call, email, or stop by our dealership to place your order. PLEASE NOTE: You will need to provide your drivers license and proof of ownership (title showing name).

Our Mobile Service team will schedule your appointment at the time of your order, based on whether or not we have the key in stock. If we do not currently have your key in stock, our team will need to order the key from the manufacturer.
Key cutting & programming
Once we have the key, whether we had it in stock or if we waited for the key to be shipped, our Mobile Service team will come out to cut and program the key for you at the location of your choice.
Waiting at the dealership (which can be a family affair) or dropping your vehicle off for service is a thing of the past. Life is busy and your free time is important. Let us help you get some of your time back!
Our dedicated mobile service team is trained on providing the same level of professional service that you expect at the dealership. They are specialized to maintain the highest quality and experience possible!
When our technician is at your place of business or home, you are their only customer. The appointment time is dedicated to you alone by our factory-trained mobile service technician.
Our mobile services cost the same as they do at the dealership, paired with a $20 dispatch fee to account for our travel time. However, we are currently waiving this fee!
Your bill will be reviewed by the technician after the work is performed. Then, it will be sent digitally for remote payment. Cash and check will not be accepted.
The Susquehanna Mobile Service team is currently performing key programming & cutting services on all makes models.
All Mobile Service offerings require an appointment for retail customers. Fleets and businesses do have additional options to accommodate their business schedule.
