We are working hard to keep your vehicle at it’s best by providing needed recalls at your home or place of business* by one of our dedicated, factory-trained mobile service team members.
*Some recalls cannot be performed via Mobile Service. Our trained service advisors will be able to determine if it must be performed at the dealership. Vehicle Pickup & Delivery is available for recalls that cannot be performed via Mobile Service.
Recall notices are sent to a customer (generally via the USPS or email) to let them know that there is a potential issue needing attention. While some recalls are less serious in nature, others pose greater safety risks and should be taken care of as soon as possible.
No cost to the customer
Each vehicle manufacturer wants to ensure the safety of their customers. Our mobile service team is no different, and are trying to assist in the recalls. Currently, there is no cost for this service to be performed via Mobile Service, by the manufacturer or our dealership.
2. Technician arrives for appointment
Our Mobile Service technician will arrive within a one-hour window of the appointment time. If, for any reason, they are held up at the appointment prior to yours, they will keep you informed. Once there, our technician will check the vehicle in, review what is being performed, and being servicing your vehicle.
3. Receipt provided
If the recall or software update is covered under warranty, no payment will be needed. You will receive a digital copy of your receipt.
Waiting at the dealership (which can be a family affair) or dropping your vehicle off for service is a thing of the past. Life is busy and your free time is important. Let us help you get some of your time back!
Our dedicated mobile service team is trained on providing the same level of professional service that you expect at the dealership. They are specialized to maintain the highest quality and experience possible!
When our technician is at your place of business or home, you are their only customer. The appointment time is dedicated to you alone by our factory-trained mobile service technician.
Recalls and warranty repairs come at no cost to you. Mobile Service has a $20 dispatch fee to account for our travel time. However, we are currently waiving this fee!
Your bill will be reviewed by the technician after the work is performed. Then, it will be sent digitally for remote payment. Cash and check will not be accepted.
The Susquehanna Mobile Service team is currently performing recall services only on the following makes: Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram. Please check back later, as we do plan to expand our services to all makes in the future.
All Mobile Service offerings require an appointment for retail customers. Fleets and businesses do have additional options to accommodate their business schedule.
