    Before joining the sales team, Eon gained valuable experience working as an automotive detailer and later in Business Development, supporting customers across ten dealerships. These roles helped him develop a deep understanding of vehicles and customer service, giving him the tools to guide customers with ease.

    Outside of work, Eon enjoys spending time with his wife, enjoying nature, walking his dog, and volunteering in the community. He also has a passion for fast, high-performance vehicles and loves learning about the latest developments in the automotive world. This wide range of experience has given her a unique understanding of customer needs and a passion for helping people find the right solutions as she takes on her new role in automotive sales. 

    Originally from Long Island, Frann has been married for 35 years and is the proud wife of her volunteer firefighter husband, as well as the mother to her beloved daughter and two gorgeous dogs.     Ray brings more than 40 years of experience with Ford Motor Company, building a distinguished career in the automotive industry that began as a salesman and progressed to Owner-Operator, Dealer, and Principal. He possesses extensive knowledge of both variable and fixed operations and has consistently focused on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction throughout his career.

    He is a Ford Motor Company President’s Award–winning dealer and has served on the Dealer Council for Ford Motor Credit Company, reflecting his leadership, performance, and commitment to excellence within the Ford organization.

    Ray’s philosophy within the automotive industry has always been grounded in truth and honesty, believing integrity is the foundation of long-term success. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his wife and family, as well as spending time at the beach and in the mountains.

    He has demonstrated a strong commitment to community service, volunteering with First United Methodist Church of Lancaster on the building committee and teaching Sunday school for eight years. Ray is a past president of the Lancaster IU 13 Education Foundation and has served on the Lampeter-Strasburg YMCA Board, contributing to the fundraising, building, and marketing committees. Additionally, he has held leadership roles in local government, including service on the Strasburg Borough Council and as Vice President and Co-Chair of the Strasburg Borough Authority.

    Mike Tomaine is the General Sales Manager with a strong background in both automotive sales and finance. He began his career in the automotive industry in 2009 and has gained extensive experience through a variety of roles that have shaped his well-rounded understanding of the business. Mike joined Susquehanna Auto in 2019, where he first served as a Sales Manager at the CDJR store. In early 2023, he advanced into the role of General Sales Manager at the Ford store, where he continues to lead with knowledge, dedication, and a customer-focused mindset.

    With a vast understanding of the automotive industry, Mike is passionate about helping customers find and drive home their dream vehicle. His approach is centered on teamwork, transparency, and making the car-buying experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Customers can expect professionalism, clear communication, and a commitment to ensuring their needs are met at every step of the process.

    Outside of work, Mike enjoys visiting family in New Jersey and exploring small towns, especially discovering local coffee shops along the way. He is also a lifelong dog lover and enjoys being around dogs whenever he can. That love has even extended to the workplace, where he has brought his adorable Golden Retriever, Gus, to various work events—much to the delight of coworkers and customers alike.

    Tom Van Eck is the Commercial Sales Director for Susquehanna Automotive and brings decades of automotive industry experience, having started his career in 1988. Over the years, Tom has worked his way through numerous leadership roles, including Sales, Business Manager, New Car Manager, and beyond. He has served as a General Sales Manager or General Manager since December 2004, building a strong reputation for knowledge, leadership, and customer-focused service.

    Tom is highly credentialed within the industry and remains committed to ongoing education. He has been Chrysler Certified every year since 2005 and continues to complete annual training across all represented brands. In December 2025, he also earned Commercial Certification with Ford Pro, further strengthening his expertise in commercial and fleet solutions.

    Tom’s approach to sales is centered on education and honesty. He enjoys sharing his extensive knowledge of trucks and vehicles to help customers select the right option for their family or business needs. Ensuring that each vehicle is truly capable of performing the job required is a top priority. Customers working with Tom can expect a thoughtful, deliberate, and no-pressure experience—focused on honest conversations and clear guidance throughout the process.

    Outside of work, Tom enjoys golfing during the spring and summer months. When the weather turns colder, he can often be found reading a good book or exploring and supporting the local restaurant scene.

His extensive background provides him with a deep understanding of both customer needs and dealership operations.

He believes in earning trust through honesty, integrity, and consistently putting the client’s best interests ahead of the sale.
