Riding on class-leading 29-inch Goodyear Territory All Terrain tires with an open-tread design and reinforced sidewalls, the Sasquatch is built for diverse terrains. Both the Bronco Sport Badlands and Badlands Sasquatch feature the new Rally G.O.A.T. Mode, designed for high-speed sand driving with enhanced throttle response and steering feedback. Plus, every Bronco Sport model comes standard with an Off-Road G.O.A.T. Mode for versatile terrain handling.
Which Bronco Sport Models are the Most Capable?
For the 2025 model year, there are two models that stand out from the crowd when it comes to the Ford Bronco Sport! The two most capable models of the 2025 Ford Bronco Sport are the Badlands and the Outer Banks. For example, the available 360-Degree Camera, including the class-exclusive Trail View, gives you a clear look at what’s ahead in Off-Road and Rally G.O.A.T. Modes. This camera shows tire overlays and even gives you a Split View of the front tires to help navigate tricky terrain. If you choose the Sasquatch package, you’ll get upgraded Bilstein rear shocks that are perfect for absorbing bumps at higher speeds, along with increased ride height and up to 8.7 inches of rear suspension travel. What Engine Powers the 2025 Ford Bronco Sport?
The 2025 Bronco Sport is built on the same platform as the compact Escape, but it’s packed with off-road features and comes standard with all-wheel drive. Under the hood, you’ll find either a 180-hp turbocharged 1.5-liter three-cylinder engine or, for those who want a bit more power, a 238-hp turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine. Both engines come with an eight-speed automatic transmission, though the 2.0-liter also adds paddle shifters and better cooling. When it comes to towing, the Bronco Sport can pull up to 2,700 pounds with the larger engine, or 2,200 pounds with the three-cylinder, making it versatile for both city driving and weekend adventures.
